James Lamb and the Wicker Robot. James Lamb is a Canadian songwriter born into a large artistic family from Nelson, British Columbia. Since 2005, he has been featured numerous times on CBC radio, is a 2009 Arts Wells songwriting competition award winner, and has performed in countless venues across Canada with other artists at the forefront of Canadian folk roots music.

Thanks to the Toronto-Eglinton Rotary Club for subsidizing these programs, and providing support to Songbirds for another year. The ten-week Songbirds Songwriting Course was a success, with a number of beautiful songs being written by the adult students.
